app update iphone 4s ios 7.1

Hi, the app was working well until a few days ago, when the update came.

I have an iphone 4s with Ios 7.1, and I can't update to ios 10, as the ebay app update says.

can you fix this? why didn't you leave a 'previous version' of the app????
