Hi
At last I (hopefully) found where to leave complaints on how ebay software handle messages when seller cant ship.
Below is a mesage I sent to seller explaining that I am not happy with ebay and preferred to cancel the order and buy somewhere else. As things turned out the seller contacted me by mail a little later and we cancelled the order successfully. (the problem is solely with ebay and not the seller...)
Hi
Some strange things happened when doing this purchase.
First e-bay tells me purchase is not ok because you dont ship to Norway.
Then E-bay suggest I contact you and ask for an exception and ask could you please ship to Norway afterall, and also what would be the cost.
After having done this, I get a mail from e-bay stating that I have already bought the item and should pay you £14,50 for shipment.
Never had such strange behaviour from e-bay.
Please cancel my purchase.
This must be a bug. I cannot buy from webshops that seems to effectuate orders before they are supposed to.
