Friends, please advise how to deal with such a limitation. Ebay did not send a letter about it. The answering machine says that there should be a letter describing the problem and how to remove the restrictions. But I have not received such a letter. How can I request such a letter to understand what the problem is and how to remove the restrictions. Thank you.

You may have ultimately replaced the leaky damaged product but he was inconvenienced and unhappy with your service and products.
Another feedback indicates that you sent a short-dated item, i.e., near expiration, therefore not giving him enough time to use it. I can't see the listing but your response to his feedback claims that there were 2-5 years "shelf life." Shelf life is not the same as a sell-by or use-by expiration date. Did the listing show a picture of the expiration/sell by marking on the package?
He was within his rights to post his opinion of the transactions.
And your accusatory replies to the feedbacks reflect way more poorly on you than on the buyer.
The bottom line is that ebay doesn't want unhappy buyers and sellers who have them get restricted.
I think you'll have to find a new selling venue.

Okay. But I saw other people leaving reviews like that and I did the same. That was my mistake.

I didn't get any message. It appears when releasing!!! there is no letter and there was no letter. Tell me, what's the problem with sending me such a letter? I ask that they send me a letter, where it would be indicated ha what exactly I was restricted, and how exactly it can be corrected.

Unfortunately it is not possible to contact ebay via this link. there is only a link to an automated assistant who cannot answer my question. It suggests reading articles on the subject and finding a letter or message that no one has sent me.
