Friends, please advise how to deal with such a limitation. Ebay did not send a letter about it. The answering machine says that there should be a letter describing the problem and how to remove the restrictions. But I have not received such a letter. How can I request such a letter to understand what the problem is and how to remove the restrictions. Thank you.

USA buyers cannot buy from Ukraine as well as Russia as far as I know.
It also has to do with credit card charging.
Had a buyer from Ukraine who used an account in Israel(credit card)...to send item to Ukraine.
It can get complicated.
Ukraine is blocked from my USA account to sell.
And not sure about other countries.

You can use the (contact us) feature under the help to get the automated assistant. Then type in customer service to either chat or speak to someone on the phone. They can find that email/message for you or make sure it gets re-sent.

The automated assistant gives the wrong answers. And it says that all the answers are in the letter, which I didn't have. Wasn't and isn't in the mail. Wasn't and isn't in the messages. Nowhere on the site is there an option to call the customer support or email a real customer support person. A simple question is not the first month no one can give an answer to what is the matter and how to solve it. I am an entrepreneur myself, and if I had a business like that in my business, I would have fired everyone) Dear friends, if anyone has a phone number or address where you can write to the real support and solve the problem please write. Dear friend, the letter is not in spam, or in the mail at all. There is no letter in the messages on the site either. And it is impossible to get through to the support team to find out how to solve the problem. If you have at least the e-mail address of the support I would be grateful if you could write it. Way to fix it is to not violate policies in the first place.

I saw this message when all listings disappeared, tried to make a release and got this error. There was no letter from ebay about it. Otherwise why am I here trying to find out what's wrong. About the buyer feedback. I was asked by ebay to leave a review!!! I never thought to do that. But I got an email from ebay asking me to leave feedback for the buyers. I've left 20-30 reviews probably, and this is the last one I left for the scammer. And to this scammer, the same bad reviews that sellers leave in positive reviews. I really wondered why that was. And when I became a review myself, it is IMPOSSIBLE to leave a bad review of the seller. You can leave only positive feedback. And since I saw that other deceived sellers write this buyer bad reviews in the positive feedback, I thought that so and should do, and took an example of those who did so and did. It's very simple.

Odtn skamer several reviews put, received from me the product additionally without payment, returned him the money and he also left the purchased product. And one person did not accept the parcel from the courier. And look how many positive reviews and regular customers.
