My account was moved to managed payments, it was running smoothly for more than 1 year.
I was asked to upload documents to verify myself and my bank which I did immediately, I was told that payments would be held while this was verified which should take a few days!!
Now, more than 20 days have passed and i am still restricted. Many phone calls to eBay and no agend ever helped me. They keep more than 1200$. They keep my money for no reason anymore, as i uploaded what they wanted.
What the message in my payments section says:
Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. Please go to Messages in My eBay for information about your account status.
and there is nothing in messages
Live chat is not available but I am expected to keep shipping my products
What should i do now? File a complaint on BBB maybe?
Any help please?

I just wrote a whole thing and they refused to post it. nice. Any normal business treats it's source of income as a top priority. Here sellers are treated like appliances to be used and discarded. Day 25 waiting for my deposit. Get it together.

Did you get your payments sorted with ebay. I'm having the same problem. Asked for verification a few weeks ago, sent it and now ebay haven't made a payout since. Even redid the verification a few times. This is ridiculous!

Over 4 weeks now. Still haven't talked to or heard from anyone from eBay who knows anything or has any authority in this matter. Everyone I've communicated with has been completely useless. I'm out of ideas.

I'm having the same issue, although I'm only at a week. Has anyone had any luck? I am going to start calling everyday until it's fixed. They need to get it together on this issue. Insane to treat their sellers like this.

Sadly, I want to inform you I'm now for the 9th week and they still did not released my funds (1500 USD aprox).
It has NOTHING to do with verifying the bank account. I changed the bank account in the process, and now the new bank account was verified but my account keeps reading they can't make payouts because it is restricted.
You will have to contact a lawyer and see how you can send an official letter, threatening to sue them if they don't give you your money.
Out of the hundreds of chats I had with the incompetente customer service, one told me I should open a new eBay account from zero, because they don't know when or how they will fix this. It sounded ridiculous, but it seems it would be the only way..........still.......who wants to sell in a place where they charge 24% fees and put holds on your money without reason or explanation?

WOW!!! The 9th week!?!? This is absurd. I am going to reach out to people on Instagram and Twitter who resell and have big followings and make sure they blast eBay for this. Absolutely HORRIFIC to do this to sellers.

I’m in the same boat. It had been a week and I’ve submitted everything twice already. No response yet. I was hoping 2-3 days max, but having seen everyone’s response, I wont be holding my breath…

Good Luck took me 3 month to get the management payment team to fix my account, THREE MONTH WITHOUT BEING PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

demand to talk to a ebay manage payment supervisor, and keep calling them or have them call you back every day. I also filed a complaint on the BBB, and the attorney generals website, which kinda helped get thing going.
It took them 3 month to get my account fixed.

I'm currently going through this. My funds have been on hold 6 days now and I've been told different time estimates by different agents and have even spoken to supervisors who couldn't do anything. Everything that sales they freeze the funds and after seeing how long some of you have waited in this forum I now know I was told anything to get me off the phone. Ridiculous! Posting the rest of my inventory locally!
