Your Listing is Successful...but

Now there are problems with gallery pictures. I received this message after I listed something today. I take photos with the same camera, upload them the same way every time. Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your gallery picture. Now what, eBay? I pay way too much in selling fees to constantly have glitches.

This is why I came to the forum today.  I'm having he same issue and its for the whole catalog. Looks like a glitch.

I'm experiencing the same issue across all my listings—both newly posted today and older ones from previous months. It seems like a system glitch. When I click “See details,” the links provided don’t work, so I haven’t been able to resolve it through eBay’s suggested steps.

A 'toothless' glitch that is not affecting listings at all.

Same here across 1,000's of listings. I'll give them like 24 hours before calling them for a solution. Hopefully will be fixed soon (I'm sure they are aware). GLWYS's

This is a developing technical issue that is affecting some sellers.

The good news is buyers are not seeing the message about your Gallery pictures.

Please report this to eBay using the ? mark on the lower right of your active listings page.

If you are seeing this on the app then shake your phone to report.

I'm dealing with the same issues. Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture. I've changed the photos size and that still doesn't help. I've re listed the item and that doesn't help. What sucks is if you search my listings, it shows a photo of the power cable for my item, but not the actual item. It's weird and I hope they fix this issue soon.

All my listings too! I assume it's another glitch on their end. As usual, the current system status shows no issues. 🙄

There is an open ticket for sellers experiencing issues with their active listings showing an error: "Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture. See details". The ticket is ALERT16219 and is being worked by our Product team to have a resolution asap.

I am having the same issue whenever I list a new listing. Cant find the fix it page to click create either.  Didn't know what the problem was with all the new listings created since the pictures uploaded right and nothing is changed. This keeps happening to me and it tells me to revise my listing each time. Like its a draft. This just happened this morning to me again and all day yesterday.

@beautyandsplendor  I have not seen other new reports of the Gallery Photo problem.  Hopefully it's a temporary glitch again.  

I know that there is an issue with Immediate Payment error messages.  

You can report the tech issue to eBay by clicking on the ? mark on the lower right of the screen on most pages.
