Bulk Label Printing Error

Hi,

Since yesterday, I have been receiving a "Bulk label printing error" message when trying to print out my labels in bulk. I've attached a screenshot of the error. I tried signing out and back in.  I also tried deleting cookies in my browser. Nothing seems to have fixed it. Any advice?

They have gone to another system this morning.  Last night all labels printed out fine. This AM when I woke up I noticed a different screen. I was in a hurry and just clicked the 2 to print and it took an hour of playing with my printer and searching Ebay for instructions on this new system. I ended up voiding the 2 for a refund and navigating my way back to the old system to purchase another 2. "Void for refund" as far as shipping labels are concerned is Ebay speak for "No Refund".  The fees, packing material, and 2 shipping labels now exceed the cost of the 2 items.

I have exact same problem this morning as of 11/21/2021.  When trying to ship a combined international package to Canada using ebay International Standard Delivery it sends me to the Customs Form, I fill that out and everything seems fine, click on Review Purchase to get the label and POOF  "Bulk Label Printing Error" Screen.  Come on ebay, how am I suppose to ship my item especially since it needs the customs form?

Hi,

It began working again last night with a new bulk label screen that allows you to choose payment via Paypal or pending payouts. So, they are obviously working on the website.

However, I tried it again this morning and received the same error screen.

I wish they'd let us know that they're working on the site. Maybe they did, but I can't find info about it anywhere.

i've had this issue since last friday and the issue still persists today.  for me, the bulk shipping doesn't work with ebay's standard envelopes, but it does work with other packages.  i get the bulk shipping error on both chrome and firefox.  printing 1 envelope at a time instead of bulk is taking up an extra hour of work per day.  hope ebay fixes this soon

Ya know, I was thinking it was because I ship via standard envelope (I sell trading cards.) I think some wires are crossed because eBay only charges for standard envelopes once it gets scanned in, but eBay's new system seems to only work with labels that require up-front payment.
