Just think about it back in the days you can contact ebay and get a human to help you over the phone... now you have to jump through fire rings and lift an 18 Wheeler just to speak to a human... After I finally got it in contact with eBay speaking with the human I was assured and informed by the agent that my refunds would be there in 3 to five days... it's been over two weeks and I have seen nothing... I've been with ebay for 10 years plus now I'm starting to think ebay is full of nothing but foreign scammers within its company. It's not like ebay support doesn't know what's going on with your case... but it's obvious that they either choose to refuse to help or just laziness and Honestly truly doesn't care

Refunds for what @sslawncarellc ?
If the refund is for a returned purchase, the typical timeframe is 3-5 biz days, however it mostly depends on your bank's processing time and eBay has no control over your bank.

When you 'talk' to a rep, you are talking to a 3rd party hired off-shore company rep that
a.) knows most NOTHING about ebay- just 'inputs' in a computer for an AI response, many times is wrong
b.) has NO power to 'write a ticket' 'report to a superior' 'perform any refund' etc.
The reason? Not ANY different from Capital One, Blue Shield, Microsoft, Adobe etc etc where they did away with their 'customer service' and for 'pennies on the dollar' could 'hire' a company to 'handle it'.
It the way of the present (not even the future anymore, it's here now).
To summarize: there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE human reps for just about ANY large company, anymore.
Although you can get some help with reps that can do something, on Facebook or Twitter.

You might have done the wrong procedure to receive a refund.
We don't know what you did.
Customer service reps can only advice or suggest...they can't do anything in regards to receiving a refund.
