Can not report an ebay listing

I am trying to report a fraudulent listing but just keep going in a loop.

Try reporting the listing on ebay.ca if reporting on ebay.com is not working for you.

Or try reporting the seller rather than the listing:

How are you reporting? What policy violation(s)? How is it looping?
