Spoke with three different CS agents (over 1 hr wasted time) because I was unable to pay with my PayPal Master Card and none of them could tell me why so the problem was escalated to IT support. Long story short, I figure out on my own that for some strange reason, I need to check out as if I was paying with PayPal and THEN select credit card from their menu payment options. How can CS not be aware of this? Jesus!
As a seller I've gotta wonder how many sales I have lost because costumers and CS could not figure out how to use a PayPal Master Card on ebay.
Btw, this is unique to ebay. I can use my PayPal Master Card like a normal credit card everywhere else.

eBay has created a monster that they can no longer feed.
Rube Goldberg was put in charge at some point, or so it seems.

Because eBay Leadership is so incompetent.

That's not a fair comparison. Rube Goldberg knew how his machines worked. lol
Btw, ebay customer support "escalated" this to I.T. Support over a week ago. Still haven't been contacted by anyone.

Unlikely that you will be contacted.

When I'm told IT Support will get back to me, I know from years of experience that there's a less than 50/50 chance I'll ever hear from them and my problem will be solved.

We have experienced the glitch where we cannot delete the first promoted listings campaign.
Also, when you do a search for one of our items, 2 listings of the same exact item pop up in the results, one via promoted listings. I called an eBay rep today and they confirmed that this was yet another glitch.
All of this has coincided with unusually slow sales, down 35% from last year despite being a top rated seller and almost doubling the inventory in our store.
We are at a loss and almost ready to close down the store.

I ended up buying the item I needed from Amazon at a higher price. It's preposterous.
Ebay requires near perfect performance from their top rated sellers but they [ebay] are comfortable operating at much lower levels of performance. Go figure.

No, it's not a glitch...........when you do promoted listings they show 2 of that listing....one with the "sponsored" heading...........
