No matter what I've tried, I can't get any chat or phone call going with eBay. They have phone numbers that they are supposed to answer, but they won't. They also aren't doing chats right now even though they claim otherwise. I know eBay is a wonky, frequently unworkable, poorly maintained platform.... but this is insane. Are they going bankrupt or is there some other turmoil internally such that they aren't interacting with any users these days? All the problems seemes to start at the begining of the year.

I was told by the payments team to call Managed Payments customer support. When I tried yesterday I got the message that the queue was full and to try again today. I got up early and called and did get a call back. However in the middle of looking into my problem the call was disconnected. That CS rep did NOT call me back. Now I'm waiting for another call back. I also tried CHAT which claimed to have less than a 1 minute wait time. First try I waited 5 minutes before ending the chat. Second try I waited 15 minutes before ending the chat. eBay should NOT say the wait time is less than 1 minute if it is much longer if not infinite, i.e. no chat available.
I am trying to tell eBay that on low priced items there is an error so that they do not charge any fees. You'd think they'd want to fix this. One sale was for 33 postcards totaling $14.26 with no fees charged. Five other sales were for single postcards sold at auction for the starting bid of $.25, and no fees charged on any of these sales.

I'm having the same problem trying to speak to someone at Ebay, it says have us contact you, wait Period 104 Minutes, 9 hours later got a call, But the Guy said could not help me, wait till Monday to call your Bank, Nothing going on with my bank, it's Ebay, Does Anyone no want is going on??

We can't get anyone either. We got an email saying our Ebay fees were declined by our credit card. It isn't true. Our credit is stellar and our account paid in full. Fees have always been deducted from the card with no problem. Something is not right. Hack?

My last 4 payouts have not been processed. Ebay says its my bank and my bank says there is no problem on my end. Nothing has changed with my account. I recieved payouts Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Thursday was when problem started and I cannot get any resolve. Yesteday and today Ebay is down and can't take calls/return calls nor offer any type of assistance. When you can get through all customer service calls are being routed through the Philippines which is basically someone reading a script and has no idea of Ebay's policies nor procedures. Ebay is sacrificing their sellers with no remorse. Appears to me that Ebay is not interested in engaging with their sellers.

You need to be calling the special MP # anyway.......Regular CS can't help........go to the payment page and look for the popup phone Icon on the right....... try to do it as early as possible.......and it will probably be a call back........

Thanks. I wasn't aware of this pop-up phone icon. I'll try it early tomorrow...

If you're in Managed Payments, click on the Payments tab. On the right you will see Help with 2 options: a question mark and a phone icon. Yesterday and today my phone icon is greyed out. When I click it, it says:
"This contact option is temporarily unavailable." Rather like Managed Payments support, though I question the use of the term "temporarily" as service seems to be somewhat permanently unavailable in Managed Payments.

All of this issues came right when ebay switch from paypal to manage the payments, if they were not prepare why did they push it, a billion $$ company can't find any good tech department to fix this issues. ahhhh dissapointed.
$1000 on hold and can't sell anything until my details are been verified, this been going on for the past 2 months.
I think its a good time to start looking to sell somewhere else.....ebay offers almost no support. Thank God there is more options now.

Today I went to Payments, clicked on the phone icon which said there was a 32 minute call back wait, and clicked on Call me. This resulted in the following message: "We're currently unavailable due to a technical issue. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Yesterday I finally got a call back from managed payment customer service. The rep was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. She solved my issue with fees for sales for small amounts not showing up on the Transaction Report, saying they are showing up on the eBay invoice along with my store fees. She took note of my other concerns, such as order total not matching invoice total and order total showing the wrong amount when a volume discount should be shown, and these will be submitted. I was told I will be kept informed of any results of these issues, though eBay has not followed through in the past when they promised this.
