Watch list lag and bouncing back to top after deleting item

Every time I go to eBay on my watch list there is about a 5 second lag, and now you changed something because when I delete an item the page freezes then boucnes me back up to the top of the list which is a HUGE waste of tiem and and annoyng. I do not want to go back to the top of the list and scroll back down my 200 item list, what is this **bleep**? change it back to keep my place.

Started happening to me yesterday 8/29/2017.  If I am on the 3rd page of my watched items and delete an item, it takes me to the top of page 1 of the watched items.  If I go under "my lists" I only have a selection of max. 100 items per page on the watched list, if I delete an item on page 2 it takes me to the top of page 1.

Are the programmers sabatoging ebay or are they trying to drive us away?

why change things that work?

if I select a few items to delete from ended items it just fails with "sorry...."

If I delete one at a time it refreshes the page back to "all", not ended where I was.

I am having the same problem with my watch list. It's impossible to delete items. Sometimes I cannot get on to the watch list. Get this message: "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later."
This has been happening for several weeks.

I have been having all these same problems also. Yet, no response from ebay. By default they are saying "just deal with it".

Yeah these **bleep**s know it is because of the ads that is why. Every year eBay gets worser and worse and slower and slower, must like their customer service reps.

So I come back several weeks later and this issue is STILL not resolved. Ebay has pretty much become unuseable. I seem to find myself spending more and more time on Amazon and less here. Way to kill a good thing, ebay.

Most of these issues are being caused by 3rd party libraries or cookies being used. The page refresh on pressing the ajax delete button is mind boggling.

I found this thread because I finally decided to see if there was a solution after weeks (months?) of annoyance.  It seems like more recently, at least when I delete something on pg 2 it doesn't always automatically bounce me back to pg 1, but now there is a weird almost slow motion slide to the top of the page when I delete anything.  Also if I click on an item in my watch list to look closer, then hit the back button to return to the list, the page refreshes where I left off, but then slides up to the top before I can do anything.  Weird and irritating.  I kept thinking surely they'll fix this bug at some point but maybe we have to wait till whenever the next overhaul happens.  And then deal with all the new bugs!

I have to say that reading this thread made me feel a bit better, I guess misery really does love company.

Also **bleep** is eBay constantly "connecting" over and over on a search page with no option to stop it? It is maxing out my PC at 100% and slowing it to a crawl because it won't stop connecting, **bleep** is this **bleep**??? It keeps refreshing and connecting constantly!! It did not do this much until recently and now it is worse than ever!! Can't even search because the lag is so bad now. Is this because of those stupid ads? You are costing yourself sales you stupid twits!
