Doesn't it feel that way? It seems like they want to become Amazon with auctions. So much red tape. New leadership has a vision they're not sharing with us, apparently. What are other proven selling sites? I'm a tiny seller, even so, I hesitate to move away from eBay because I like all the clear-cut rules. Some of those "take a photo and just sell it, skip the details" sites seem wide-open for misunderstanding and problems. Really, at heart, this is just a reflection of the widespread materialistic, consumeristic spiritual malady that has every merchant--virtual or brick and mortar--by the short hairs. The old-fashioned notion of customer service has become in the 21st Century customer worship, like serving a cruel and fickle god, born of the fear of bad feedback and reviews.
