Video Not Showing in Listing

I have successfully uploaded a video to this listing. However, it does not appear in the image thumbnails in its usual 2nd position.

Video is 25MB 1080p and satisfies eBays video upload guidelines. Video was uploaded via the eBay website.

That's what they told me as well. They also said "we believe this is not a site issue".... ???

I have a listing where the video does not show up in Microsoft Edge.

It does show up and can be played in Google Crome, and on my iPhone.

Interestingly enough, in Microsoft Edge, if I go to Revise the listing, it shows up and I can play it in the photo/video section.
