Very old listing

I am trying to locate an auction that took place between 01-01-2001 and 12-31-2006.  It would have been posted under Toys and Hobbies and the key word that I need to search on would have been 'engine' or 'motor'.  Any or all of the words 'OK' , Model airplane, or 'Millenium' may very likely have been in the title line also.

All I really need here is the photograph so if the seller/or buyers names are redacted it would be no problem.

How can I do this or must I contact to perform a search of this magnitude?

Thanks

Re: Very old listing

Sold or Ended listings are typically removed from eBay after ninety days.

If you know the item number or the exact title you might possibly be able to find a cached version of the page on Google, but it is highly unlikely that any associated images would still be viewable after so much time.

@nutsaboutengines

eBay only maintains listings for 90 days after they have ended, and sales data is only available to sellers for 365 days in eBay's Terapeak research app. So neither of those will help you.

If you haven't had any luck with google or bing, then you can try running a search on Worthpoint. They are your best chance for finding any information about a listing that old. You can try starting with this search, and refine it as needed:

https://www.worthpoint.com/inventory/search?query=millenium+model+airplane&categories=

There are a number of listings with photographs available for that search, but you will probably have to sign up for a trial subscription in order to see the date or price.

I doubt that eBay has archived listings going back that far. If you don't find anything on Worthpoint that old (I'm not sure if Worthpoint was even around back then), the Internet Wayback Machine (https://archive.org/web/) might have something, but I'm not optimistic.

Re: Very old listing

Thanks.

It turns out that Worthpoint will only go back about 10 years.

Re: Very old listing

even WBM won't have the images nor the listings. The only info you can retrieve going that far back would be on e-mail provided you have not deleted them.
