Can not switch between advanced listing features and easy listing features. Please help!

I can not switch between the advanced listing feature and the easy listing feature because it does not appear.

Where there used to be an option to switch back and forth on the upper right hand portion of the screen, all I can see is "Send us your feedback". 

Reported to eBay 12/16/21 SR #1-411942919208 and was told it would be reported to the tech department.

The CS rep I spoke with said he could switch between the two options in his account. Why can't I access them in mine?  

Reporting issue to the tech dept does not make me feel any better as I having been calling eBay for months trying to get assistance with technical issues on my account that eBay created when the catalog conversion was done and none of the issues to date have been fixed.

Also, in this section

Entering any of the UPC, ISBN, ePID, part number, product name shows NO RESULTS FOR YOUR SEARCH using the advanced listing feature and I have no access to the easy listing feature.

brings me back to the advanced listing feature.

Normally I use advanced for the editing tools, but I want access for both options back in my account.

The issues I have reported to the tech dept since the conversion are too long to list and the tech dept has not fixed anything I have reported.

Would someone who can actually FIX a technical issue please help me? Thank you.

This is a user forum; no one here can fix things for you, only make suggestions.

What options you see may depend on whether you have chosen to use the business tool, the quick listing tool or the new tool.

Things may work differently for you depending on how you have set up your account, though.

I realize this is a user forum. I am trying to report a technical issue in hopes that someone has a solution. I create listings from the seller hub.

I tried all 3 of the links prior to my original post and prior to calling CS. All 3 of the links you show brings it back to the advanced listing option, which is the only one in my account.

Clicking this link should allow me to use easy listing if I choose.

My account always had both options. Now it doesn't due to a technical problem in eBay. All available links, regardless of the source, and regardless of quick or business, only allows me to use advanced.

If you want suggestions from sellers, you may want to post this on the Seller board, which gets a lot more traffic than the Technical Issues board.

Perhaps another seller can suggest a workaround for you.

Maybe they are getting rid of the quick listing tool?

The only option I have is to try the new listing tool, which sucks.

I'm not sure if they are getting rid of it or not, but from asking a few non-sellers I know and from checking my husband's account (he doesn't sell), the easy listing tool still exists.

I haven't tried the new listing tool, but from what I have experienced since the category conversion, there have been no "good" improvements lately and their new listing tool will most likely be the same. I'm sorry you are stuck with it. It seems like they are trying to "fix" things that weren't broken, and are breaking things that have worked well for years.

I tried the new listing tool once when it first come out and didn't like it at all.

I use the business/advanced listing tool and I hope they leave it.

They are trying to change to much and not fixing the things that need fixing.

I use the business/advanced tool for everything too, but it will be going away. See more information on this link:

At the bottom of the information, it states:

"Eventually the business and quick listing tools will be completely replaced by the new listing tool. In the meantime, if you would prefer to switch back to the tool you were using previously, you can select Switch to classic view from the top of the page".

I can't "switch to classic view from the top of the page" as it no longer appears. At least we can still use the business/advanced option for now... but for how much longer? I am not looking forward to eBay implementing this.
