when I attempt to type in the micro-deposit amounts in the "verify bank deposit" form, the form ignores all input. They values remain at $0.00. I tried this form using Chrome and Edge on a Windows machine. I have a large deposit pending to my bank account, so this is very important to resolve right away.

You could try clearing your browsing and cache history.
You sure do need to get things taken care of ASAP. As a new seller or returning seller (nothing sold in past 90 days) you will have up to 30 days hold on payouts and with that amount could be longer.

Those funds will probably be held for 30 days, so you got time to get it figured out.

Thanks for offering that suggestion, but it did not work when I deleted all of my cache and history. I can't seem to talk, email or chat to a real person that works at eBay. How do i report a website issue with eBay?

Try another browser, another device or another link.
Can you verify your deposits using the eBay app, or a mobile browser on your phone?
If you are using Seller Hub, try using the non-Seller Hub selling page instead.

Another thread about this issue, so you are apparently not the first or only person to encounter this:

I read the old thread, and there appears to be no solution. Clearing cache, trying another computer, trying multiple browsers, typing a decimal point in front of the value, using the eBay app, etc... The thread was closed eventually. eBay is holding on to a large amount of cash from my sales, and apparently has no motivation to let it go.

Solution. I was able to type in the micro-deposit amounts using the eBay app. I was using the non-seller page in the browser and this DOES NOT WORK.

[edit: just saw your most recent reply -- glad you were able to sort it out!]
Most sellers seem to be able to enter those deposit amounts and complete the verification process successfully, so there does not appear to be any widespread, ongoing problem. Possibly just a temporary issue?
If the problem seems to not be affected by trying multiple browsers or devices, that would seem to rule out issues with a particular browser or add-on. A problem entering numbers would not seem to be related to a network issue, other than something that prevents the page from loading correctly on multiple devices. Using a VPN or hotspot? A custom firewall? Privacy software?
Can you copy and paste the numbers, avoiding using the keyboard?
