Anyone having a problem issuing a refund? Every time I try Ebay rejects it due to technical issues. I try to talk to a human and I cannot they keep sending me to an AI agent.

Can anyone answer this question---on the ebay tax form they sent out, does the total sales include the charges for shipping or just the actually winning bids??
