Unsold and not relisted count error

Unsold and not relisted shows a count of 51.  When I click to see them, Manage unsold listings shows a count of 28.  Why is there a difference of 23?  Are 23 unsold listings lost or is this yet another programming glitch proving eBay's computers can't count correctly due to inept programming?

I was going to suggest variation listings could be the answer, but when I checked my own page, the number of listings is accurate and variations are counted as single listings.

Check to see if you get the same results in a different browser. If you do, then all signs point to an eBay glitch.

This is my other selling ID.  It also has an error as Unsold and not relisted shows 4 items and Manage unsold listings shows 1 item.  This is true using both the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, so I assume it's an eBay glitch.  Do any other sellers have this discrepancy?
