Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.
Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to schedule a pickup at the USPS website, after you've paid for and printed your shipping label for an item that you've sold?
After I've paid for and printed my shipping label(2 days ago), at the top of the screen, there's a 'click here' link that takes you to the USPS website, where you can 'schedule a pickup'(which has been working for many years now).
After I log in, and go through filling out information on the various pages, you click 'schedule a pickup', and normally it has 'processing' for less than a minute, then a 'confirmation' screen.
But, for two days, the screen won't go beyond that, just 'processing', and never actually finishing.
I've tried disabling all my Chrome browser extensions, and tried using Firefox, and tried using another PC....all the same thing.
I've googled if there is an outage at the USPS site...found nothing.
Anyone else having this problem?
I've paid for the shipping for Monday, so I need to get this resolved today, or I will have to cancel this order.

Just tried using my cell phone to schedule a pick-up...not working either.

Looks like schedule a pickup service is down currently. No word yet one when it will be back.
I inspected the pickup request in browser dev tools and when you click schedule pickup and it shows "processing" the server is returning "500 Internal Server" error for the form submission which means there is a server side issue going on that will need to be fixed by USPS.

I've having issues too as of the last hour, made multiple attempts from Etsy and usps website directly.

As of 10pm AZ time, still can't schedule a pickup.

I’ve been having the same problem since I started trying to set it up around 6 PM. Also tried on my husbands phone & same thing, PROCESSING spinning & spinning🤦♀️
