I have been unable for 2 days to put my Store into Vacation mode. All I get is a "It's not you, it's us" screen. Anybody else experienced this?

Have you tried using the "Time Away" feature in Seller Hub under "Seller Tools"?

On the Manage My store page
https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyeBay&CurrentPage=MyeBayManageStore
in the lower left corner......there is a dead link to Store Vacation Settings, presumably because it is now the new "Time Away"......... Older sellers are going to look there......could we get the link directed to the new Time Away page?
Thanks

@dhbookds It must be not affecting everyone. When I click on the vacation settings link in manage my store using Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10 it does take me to the "vacation settings" page where there I can set up the time away.
I just access the time away settings by going to selling> time away OR from my ebay> messages>change on the upper right> time away
All "roads" lead to the same screen for me:

Hi @dhbookds - thanks for this notification, I'll get it reported.
If it's useful, the dedicated link for the new vacation mode is: https://www.ebay.com/vac/TimeAway
I hope it helps - thanks!

did you click on Let's go? I'm in firefox and when I do......it goes to the "we looked everywhere" page......

@dhbookds Your right it is a bad link no matter what way you access it. I hadn't tried clicking on "let's go" before
tyler@ebay That's not good either. I just get the "we looked everywhere kid". 😞
EDIT TO ADD>> I tried being persistent and clicked away and back to the time away settings again and on the 5th try I was able to get past the error page

UGH...........that means this community problem may be ebay wide, not just Khoros
This is the link from seller hub (summary page, left side) that works for me......
https://www.ebay.com/vac/timeaway
seems to differ from Tyler's link in the Time/Away

yes spent several hours with them on the phone. Finally they said we will call back... they did at three am. I was asleep. Because I didn't answer the phone they said I needed to get another request for call going. I hate the way everyone is using COIVD 19 as an excuse for poor customer service... really bad. Im leaving for holiday today will not have access to a computer for a week I can only monitor the accounts via email and apologize for not having the store on vacation mode......Grrrr... there was no reason given for the issue

Yikes, in that (desperate) situation I think I would just end all my listings, and relist when I return, rather than risking a load of late-shipping dings. At the very least, you could revise your handling times to 10 days or whatever would reflect your actual anticipated shipping date.

Thanks for the update @comics-scifi-collectibles - I have... sort of good news!
This is a tech issue that is being worked on currently (the links should work correctly if the tech issue wasn't present). I've added folks here to the open ticket, and hoping that we see this one resolved quickly.
Thanks!
