Unable to print labels for USPS Parcel Select Ground

Hi All,

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  I am unable to select/print USPS Parcel Select Ground postage.  I have had this issue with every item sold in the last 24 hours. 

When I sell items and the buyer pays shipping, I usually offer 2 shipping choices, a slower less expensive option (Parcel Select Ground) and a more expensive faster option (USPS Priority).  The problem I'm having is that when I go to print the shipping label, it is showing on the left side of the screen that the buyer selected USPS Parcel Select Ground and how much they paid...but in the list of services to the right, it will show that the buyer selected Media Mail or in one case Flat Rate Envelope.  I did not offer these services as options and they clearly paid more than those options (what looks to be the proper amount for Ground).  But there are simply no economy options listed on the right to select from.  In other words, I am unable to choose USPS Parcel Select Ground because it is not an option.

In one case, it was allowing me to select USPS First Class if I changed the weight, but of course that did me no good since the item was over a pound.

This problem happened with a listing where I offered free shipping as well - the buyer had no control over the selection.  I opted for USPS Parcel Select Ground as the shipping form when I posted that listing.  And again, it did not give me an option to print USPS Ground postage through ebay. 

All of the Priority options and flat rate options seem to be available as well as media mail.

I feel like I must be missing something simple - a setting change?  Anyone able to help??

You can always print a label from Paypal.  I have had to do this sometimes.  Good luck!

That service has to be purchased at the Post Office.

Parcel Select is the on line version of Retail ground..........so she is choosing the correct thing.....

Op........have you tried scrolling down to see if you can expand the choice by clicking on "see more options?

I am having this exact same issue! Buyer selected Parcel Select but the label tool shows everything but that, including Flat Rate Envelope and Media mail, neither of which can I use.

Having a very similar issue. 

I only offer flat rate standard shipping and all of my products (single item orders) ship USPS first class.  All orders in the last two days have defaulted to  USPS Priority "Buyer Selected" when purchasing shipping.

I contacted the first buyer and he said he was given two shipping options at checkout.  I have never offered shipping options or upgraded shipping and these listings have been running for years.

Contacted ebay about the problem and received six responses from five different customer support reps, no resolution.

There is a bug somewhere.

PIRATESHIP.COM HAS BETTER RATES THAN EBAY AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND IT EARLIER. No fees and they include $100 insurance on priority. They also have cubic rate. I've seen the price difference of $12 for pirateship and ebay wanted $30

Having the same problem.. I try to print label but only option is for “buyer selected” small envelope rate of $7.51.  Buyer paid already for large item shipping.  Will try clearing browser and requesting void. Already printed 2 different labels!

Seems that on another thread I read to scroll up and select ??? carrier packaging--- or deselect carrier packaging    ????? , or scroll down to click compare all services to increase the choices.

also as other suggestion earlier.      you can go directly to PP to print.

If not already done, be sure to void those unused label to get a refund on them😁

hi

followed suggestion to check custom size box, scrolling to bottom and clicking “ compare shipping” methods or carriers. I was able to click on 2-day USPS shipping (about 30 cents more what buyer paid for) and generate label. I made suRe to request void on other wrong labels.

You can purchase Parcel Select labels on PayPal at

www.PayPal.com/shipnow

For packages up to 10 pounds, Parcel Select usually costs about the same as Priority Mail.  Shipping at the PO will definitely cost more than an online label for Priority Mail.
