Unable to list Items

It seems an upgrade is being made on the create a listing page and it's not working so well. When I try to sell a similar item, it takes me to a new create listing layout and then disappears. Why initiate this upgrade now instead of the middle of the night or after the holiday season? Hopefully this gets resolved and I allowed to use the original layout. I was able to list 3 items during the fiasco but it erased all my international shipping parameters. So beware of listing until this gets resolved.

I cant list anything either.

It says opps listing  psge is not working now.

Please stop messing this site up.
