Unable to leave feedback

Unable to leave feedback; positive feedback from a seller to a buyer. Type in saying & click Positive, but button doesn't ever turn blue for one to click it & post.

Also Messages still doesn't work at all - unable to read, write, or respond to any messages - posted months ago; despite a big pronouncement by an eBay rep that it was fixed - it's not fixed.

I get eBay constantly makes changes & eventually older browsers are left out of updates, & the stock pass the buck answer is always, "try another browser" - but I write this, perhaps that, the numbers of those posting, pre-white-washing of comments that Ebay's Community does, they can count the amount of clients & services hindered.

What operating system browser version are you using? If either are too old, many features on eBay may not work correctly.

Trying another browser is often an easy way to diagnose many browser-related issues, as well as a quick workaround. Conversely, someone who is unwilling to try another browser is unlikely to try other troubleshooting suggestions that take more effort.

For feedback, try another browser. Then try another link to rule out a problem with the specific page:

Make sure you are filling in all the required fields; if you leave one out, the button to submit will not turn blue and become active.

For messages, if you have messages from members forwarded to your email address, try reading and responding to messages in your email. Try replying directly to the email itself, rather than using the blue "reply" button in the message body that will take you to your eBay message inbox.
