I made a purchase on EBay on 11/26/24. The seller never sent the item or even created a tracking number and it’s been well over a week. I tried a million times through chat to contact someone at EBay and nothing. I even tried to cancel the sale and the seller denied the cancellation. There’s no one at EBay to help. I will contact my bank to stop the transaction since I’m getting no where. I will never in life make another EBay purchase. If I would’ve known this long ago I would’ve never did business through them. You live and learn.

If you have not received your item by the last estimated delivery date, go to your "Purchase History" screen.
Find the item in question.
On the right hand of the screen is a column of blue ovals. Click on the one that reads "More actions."
Scroll down to "I didn't receive it," and follow the instructions.
But you may be jumping the gun on opening up an "item not received" claim, as your order is only a week old (and likely less than that, due to the Thanksgiving holiday).
Depending upon your seller's location, there may be any number of reasons for delays -- you ordered 11/26/24, which was the day before Thanksgiving and only 1 week ago (and not "well over a week"). Your seller may be out of town, or buried beneath a snowdrift, or surrounded by flooding water. In addition, there was an intervening holiday, and we are all well acquainted with the postal delays that arise from Thanksgiving through New Year's Day.
And the lack of a tracking number is not a negative -- eBay uses tracking numbers primarily for the protection of sellers, and sellers are not obliged to provide tracking numbers to buyers.
Finally, it is a violation of the eBay Community Boards to publicly "name and shame" other eBay users. You may discover that your message has been edited, to delete the name of the seller.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
