The option to contact an agent isn't showing up in customer service.

You would start a chat. Once chat has started type in agent. You will be asked if you want to continue with chat or receive a callback. But today is Sunday Customer service hours are Monday - Friday6 AM–6 PM PT.

You can always post your issue here..Many of us responders have years of experience and maybe able to help you.

I can't contact an agent on weekdays either so clearly there's a technical issue.
