I am not able to change a photo of eBay account, the only photo where is able to change is my store photo, but this is not the same. I want to change both photos.
This one is not able to change (top left corner):
Can you help me?
If you have an eBay Store subscription, you can access your profile page on desktop via the About tab on your storefront. Click on your username next to Seller profile. Then, on the new page that opens click on Edit profile, then click on the little pencil to change your profile photo.
