I recently had "Ship to" (sitting next to "My ebay") removed from some reason and from then on I can't order anything.
I'm getting error message "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to..." although my primary address is in a country that the seller ships to and I'm physically not.
I tried VPN's, clearing cache and cooking, incognito window, another pc and 2 phones, but no luck. Even worse is that I have one item bought already from the seller and this should be the second in order to combine shipping which I can't buy.
Also, another thing that makes it worse is that from the same laptop but another account (my brother's) I can login, see the "Ship to" (as showed on the screenshots) and I successfully bought the other item.
This is such a weird behavior (possible bug) but I don't know where to ask the question. Please help!

Have you contacted the seller? Frankly, I'm wondering if he could have blocked you after the first order.......

I notice you are registered in Macedonia.
Currently you are on the US ebay.com -- is that the site that you normally use? It is possible that different country sites have different options available, or else you may have your shipping address set up differently on one site or another.
Compare the address of the site that your brother's account is connected to and yours to see if that is an issue.

eBay.com does not have the ship to icon. Is that some kind of built in 3rd party shipping. That may have been why you were able to order from the seller and can not now that you have removed it. In the past you may not have been in a country the seller ships to but using that option may have opted you into a 3rd party shipping company who had the seller ship the item to you and then shipped the item to you. Sound kind of like the global shipping program but for buyers in countries that sellers do not normally ship too.
If it was working in the past opt back in and if issues persist contact your local eBay support as they will probably be the only eBay support familiar with this service. When I google ship too it pulls up a 3rd party company that gives buyers US addresses so buyers outside of the US can make purchases from sellers who do not ship internationally. So really it sounds like you will need to contact them for support.

Are you certain that both accounts are registered in the same country (Macedonia), both signed in to the same site (US), both using the same primary address country (Austria) and both using the same country and postal code to calculate shipping charges (Austria)?
Using a VPN could potentially cause problems -- many payment systems will not work over a VPN.

If you are doing this on a phone you can try deleting the app then reinstalling it but since ship to is a third party shipping company you may need to contact them as their app is having issues. Regardless either ship to or you regional eBay support will have to assist you with this.
