Technical problem with scrolling on Ebay. Not having this problem anywhere else. Anyone else?

I have been having problems scrolling on Ebay page. Click the arrow and it starts and stops. Click again and it takes off to the bottom. Only on Ebay is this happening. Anyone Else?

What browser are you using?

Does the same thing happen in other browsers?

With edge it seamed to be ok but I do not usually use the arrow and scroll with my mouse.
