Unable to Edit Stored Feedback

If anyone is like me, they leave feedback for many different buyers and they heavily rely on the stored feedback autofill tool. I have so many phrases stored that is is becoming a problem. I have attempted to edit them using this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/automatic-feedback-settings?id=4101&mkevt=...

But the directions are obviously out of date. There does not exist an "Edit Stored Comments" button on any of the feedback pages. There simply isn't a way to edit these stored feedback right now. Very frustrating.

I am having this same problem. This is very frustrating and wastes so much time!

Edit Stored Comments is there, but greyed out.  Evidently this has been a software bug for months.  Any idea when it will get fixed?  Some of the stored comments need to be changed, so that they make sense.
