I have a video, of an operating machine I'm listing, that I can't get added to the listing. I noticed a
question on the forum clear back in March "Unable to add video to listing."
As much as I can tell there were replies up until last week, most agreeing with the original poster
that they can't upload their video. The limit is 150mb and my video is 55.5 mb. I've tried uploading from
my phone, my Mac in the office, my IBM clone desktop and laptop. NO luck. I've previewed it on all these
devices and it works well. At one point, I had it on the eBay listing and it worked, but then it showed an error
and the listing page and requested removal?
Does anyone know if the feature ever worked, has anyone used it successfully?

Yes, at one time it did work. We had a few people who frequent the forum post their videos just to make sure they were seen and they were. I honestly don't know what's happening with the video feature. It's almost like Ebay forgot about it. Lots of posts like yours stating the same issues, can't load. At one point I thought maybe Ebay is just back logged because of so many people attempting to use the feature. Perhaps Ebay is short the man power. Who knows? I guess it's just a mystery.
My suggestion would be to just take as many pictures of the item as you can. Cover all your bases to the best of your ability. Make sure the photos are clear and concise. Also try to get some good close ups.
Hope this was helpful. Happy Selling and Happy Holidays to you and yours.
