I'm unable to download my financial statements. I get the error: "We ran into a problem. Please try again."
I have tried many times.

I am getting the same problem. I use safari. When I contacted eBay they said to clear the cache and use google chrome. I tried it on the android phone, same response. I think eBay has the issue, not us. Anyway, I haven’t resolved the issue either.

I'm having the same issue on a Mac using Chrome. I cleared cache and still having the issue.

There is currently an active site issue for this (ALERT14524) which I am adding to the technical board now. Can you please get me added to this list. I am having the same issues. I have cleared cache and have tried on on Google Chrome and Firefox.

I uploaded a screen shot and asked to be added to technical alert 14524. They ask for a screen shot of the error message page to add your username to the repair ticket. I hope that works!
