Unable to Download Financial Statements: "We ran into a problem. Please try again."

I'm unable to download my financial statements.  I get the error: "We ran into a problem. Please try again."

I have tried many times.

Used Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Try signing out then into ebay classic site. Thats the only way I can download the statements.

I’m having same issue.  When will this be resolved? Some of these comments started in March and it’s STILL an issue??

This is still broken.  File click initially prompted 'we ran into a glitch' now file downloads at zero bytes (empty) and will not open.
