All the USPS ground labels I am printing are saying Hazmat.
The items are "considered" hazmat. examples: a cotton purse, spanx, cotton liner, handbag. Nothing charges or has a battery.
Is anyone else having these issues........

Spoke to customer service and yes it is a know problem with USPS Ground Advantage. Does not affect Media Mail and E-Bay Standard Envelope labels. Fortunately Pirate Ship has comparable rates.

Can we get one more confirmation that it's working before I try again?

Kyle, it's very concerning that a bug like this would get through eBay code and onto Production, where it would then affect so many sellers. There are clear industry standard coding best practices to prevent this, especially code tests, which are written on all new code and code changes.
Typically:
By having these tests integrated into your code, on all new code, you both ensure that if new code does not work, you catch that before it goes live, and likewise, if new code breaks old code, that you catch that before changes go live too.
Here, it is clear that eBay developers are pushing untested code to your Production environment, otherwise these bugs would have been caught before they affected eBay sellers.
This is unacceptable. Can you please get someone from your Developer team in charge of the Shipping page to comment on why this bug was released to Production code, and why presumably new code was released onto Production, without being covered in tests first, which is truly an egregious violation of all coding standards and best practices, and completely unacceptable for a 29 year old web business?

I printed my label 3 times. Do we ever actually get reimbursed for voided labels...

It takes 2-3 weeks, on average.

Are we not going to get an answer on my previous post's questions? eBay is going to ignore customer concerns on poor developer code quality that lead to severe issues for us, your sellers, your customers, from who eBay makes all its money from, through seller and shipping fees?
Does eBay think it is acceptable to not only ignore coding best standards, and carelessly push out customer impacting bugs onto your Production environment, but also ignore customer concerns?

To get a refund, you have to cancel/void the label you printed and didn't use. The refund will come back to your eBay account in about 21 days.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
