USPS ground advantage discount shipping not calculating

When listing an item the USPS ground shipping discount is no longer showing. Now it defaults to the regular rate which is much higher.  I don’t know if this is only showing on my end, or is the buyer only seeing the regular rate as well. 
I contacted Ebsy support, and they are acting like they have no idea what I am saying. But sellers have been complaining of this for days now. I hope this is corrected soon.

I haven't dived into this issue, but from what I read so far this appears to be how it's displaying on the listing form - but it's not an issue anywhere else.

Same thing is happening to my listings, many of the discounts are not showing when I go to the shipping section of my listing.  Priority and ground are both affected, some show the discount, but most don't.  This has been going on for 2 days now.  I am concerned that no discount will be showing on the buyer's side, causing a loss of sales potentially.
