UNABLE TO DELETE???

Can't delete any of my pre-listed not yet live yet items.  Message says *Server Down*.  Been this way for days?  Rest of the site works, just not the delete .  Any ideas?  

Totally frustrating..irritating..miserable account.  EBAY.

Do you mean your DRAFTS?

If using the Seller Hub, so going to your drafts, and clicking the box in front of each one, then clicking on DELETE DRAFTS at the top, doesn't work for you?

Nothing is working in my pre-scheduled listings. ( No not drafts).   Not even the re-schedule. I have to use revise and list each individually and then go to my active listings and delete one by one.  Hours and hours of needless work.  I am not a newbee.  Been doing this for 15 years.  Never this bad.

Message keeps coming up *OUR FAULT, SERVER IS DOWN.*

The wonderful intelligent customer service reps tell me to just keep *re-starting my computer*.

Have you tried listing using another browser, just to rule out any browser-specific or profile-specific issues?

With all due respect (and I mean that), why schedule listings? In this environment (GTC) you can list the item with zero (0) qty. This is called 'Out-of-Stock' control. Add qty when you wish the item to go live. Or list the item with a qty of 1, then set the qty to 0, once it is live.

If you are just keeping the item on 'Scheduled', this takes up server resources that eBay may not wish to expend. Many members take advantage of these resources, without regard for them. It will not surprise me if eBay stops the ability to schedule fixed price listings. It makes sense for auctions, but not for fixed price.

Customer Service? These folks are not in the IT loop, until changes are live. Do not blame them too much. They are doing the job that is handed to them.

Scheduled listings are working fine for me using Firefox 3.6.24 & FF31 - both My eBay and SH versions.

Having to delete every item  in my scheduled listings separately by using revise, listing item immediately and then going into live auction and deleting.  All a part of the GTC change.  It's like parts of my account got frozen by the changes.  Part of my newly listed items are GTC and half are still at 10 days.

You have tried using both interfaces I posted above?

You have cleared cache and cookies in your browser and tried again?
You have tried a different browser?
What browser are you using?

Again, it's working fine for me, and I was affected by GTC just like everyone else.

Since you are the only one reporting this, it sounds like a browser related issue. Or could be an account related issue (some single account gremlin issues are known to occur)

Suggestions for the others that have issued the same complaint.

Cache and cookies are deleted every time I sign off.
