How do I edit the title/label of my *custom list without deleting the list, in 2019?

- Did not see the Edit button, only Delete

- On the computer browser.
*Custom list = the other lists that the user can create besides the Watchlist.

Found this link as mentioned by other members in other posts, but still no "Edit" or "Modify" function, or anything that can be done to the custom list.

The easiest way to rename one of your custom lists is to find an item on that list, or add a new item to that list. Then, from the item page, look for the blue banner at the top where it should say "Saved in your LISTNAME list  |  Remove" -- the LISTNAME is a link to the list in an old format. Click on that link, and from that old list page, you should see an "edit" link on the right side of the "Items in your list" banner. From that edit link, you should be able to "Rename this list".

That's a lot of steps just to do something so simple LOL.

The "Edit" link is so inconspicuous on the gray banner.

To help others like me in the future, I've included a screenshot so we will know where to look. 🙂
