Trying to buy item on ebay but does not have shipping cost but other item have (same seller )

hello 

 I'm trying to buy item (394433411449) from this seller,

but somehow the shipping does not include my country (Malaysia) 

but when I browse others item from the same seller, Malaysia is listed and have shipping cost. 

I did contact the seller about this, he says all the setting are the same, he also puzzles about this, and ask me to try ask eBay for help.

Seller is in UK..........some of his stuff doesn't ship to the US either, including the lst one.    Listings definitely show different shipping parameters......and I would guess only the seller can change it.  There could possibly be some import/export rules about specific items that we wouldn't not know about.

You can ask the seller if he will ship that item to your country.  There is an ask seller a question on each listing.

Yes I already message the seller, he said he already check the setting, he also puzzled about this, here is what he say

" I'll have a quick look but I didnt think we actually set the parameters of where we send things, as it is all ebay Global shipping programme.
Each listing to us is identical?
Why dont you ask ebay, explain the problem, we can make any adjustments but to us, they are identical, so puzzling, cant explain? note we only have the dark ones in stock we dont have the matt bonnet guards in stock.
