Truncated Hour & Minute Fields on Scheduled Listings

Am using a PC to schedule some listings for a future date/time. However, the dropdowns for the hour & minute fields are truncating to just the first digit (see picture). Makes it difficult to select the time I want the listing to start. Need a software fix. Screenshot (86).pngScreenshot (87).png

Yes, this was reported by several people last week:

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/Selling-Form-quot-Schedule-your-listing-q...

There's been no response of any kind from eBay to date, and the problem remains unresolved as of right now. For what it's worth, you can still get the desired time setting by carefully counting down the menu to the right choice for Hour and Minute.

devon@ebay : Is there anyone working this week who might be able to expedite either a fix or a rollback here?

Hey @a_c_green! I got this sent over to the correct team to look into last week and as of now I have not heard anything back but once I do I will be sure to share what I can.

Hi, devon@ebay, thank you. One other request: when you send a report to another team for resolution, as you did for this one last week, can you please post a quick acknowledgement in the original problem thread to say that you've done so? We had mentions of this problem under more than one Subject last week, and there was no eBay response at all in any thread.

Given the upcoming holiday, perhaps you could light a fire under whoever's receiving your problem reports...? This should be a really easy fix, even if they don't want to roll back their latest release. Currently it looks like it will affect every seller using that form who wants to set a scheduled starting time.

@a_c_green I can for sure. That was my fault on not doing so last week but I will be sure to give yourself and others acknowledgments because if you are like myself you do appreciate knowing what is going on!
