After logging in to ebay and checking purchases, I do not get transactions after Sep 20, 2022. It will not show me any of my purchases after that date.

Is it possible that transactions after that date were made using a different eBay account?

It looks like the last time you left or received feedback in this account was more than a year ago.

I have only one account with ebay and have used it to order things since Sep 20, 2022. The reason that I noticed that there was a problem is that I had just received an order and I wanted to leave a review to the seller letting them know that I was very pleased with them. Along with me not seeing any transactions after Sep 2020, The pictures of the merchandise that shows up on transactions shown aren't there. Instead of pictures of the merchandise involved in the transaction, there is a picture of what looks like a monitor or something similar shown for all transactions that are listed.

Would you please share a screenshot of what that looks like? What you described in the part I highlighted in red. It would help if we could see what you are seeing.

Can you see the titles of the listings you purchased, but not the pictures?

No, but I made another purchase and it shows up perfectly. I'm not sure what happened; but it must be something that I did. The only thing that I can think of is that I had made some password changes. But that shouldn't have altered my purchase history. Anyway, I'm satisfied with it working like it should for now. Its just frustrating that my purchase history isn't there from Sep 2022 till now.

It could have if instead of changing the password of your current eBay account you had inadvertently registered or signed in to an entirely different eBay account.
