The Search bar on the Active Listings page doesn't work

I've reported it twice using the question mark on the lower right, but haven' t gotten either a response or a fix. Without it, I have to search through all my listing pages to find an individual item. It's a pain. I need help resolving this issue or, at least, to get the attention of the techs.  Thanks

Just tried mine and works fine......what is actually happening?

I can edit the "About" message (mine is currently blank), and the changes appear when saved, but when I refresh the page, the page reverts to the old blank message and the edited message is gone.

Sorry it took time to reply, but I sent another message to tech. Again nothing.  I've tried adding title, author, item number & even item description & literally nothing happens.  It grays out & the drop down menu originally listed only item number for to search, now it lists only item description.   I've sent 3 messages , since March 3rd to tech support thru the ? at the bottom of the page, but for all the response I might as well be talking to myself. Any help you can give me is appreciated.

What browsers have you tried? Any difference if you try another? Or if you disable add-ons? Or try a private or incognito browser window?

This may sound elemental.......but have you clicked enter after entering the information??

Other than that.......I echo eburton......check to be sure browser is up to date, and then restart the browser and then the computer........I had something weird happening and the computer restart cleared it up.......

Yes  click enter after the info. Everything is up to date. This is a brand new computer with Windows11 installed & I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I never had any problems before eBay replaced the old search in Active Listings. I don't use the search very often so I didn't notice it immediately.  When I looked for an answer in Community, someone else had the same problem & someone told them to use the ? & it was solved. That didn't work for me.
