My buyer messaged me that the item couldn't be delivered. Tracking on the item, a book, said "unfortunately your item can't be delivered due to an issue at our shipping hub. What does this mean?

I've reported it twice using the question mark on the lower right, but haven' t gotten either a response or a fix. Without it, I have to search through all my listing pages to find an individual item. It's a pain. I need help resolving this issue or,...
