Stuck in "Saving Template" mode

Any suggestions from an Ebay moderator about how to Create Your Template when an upload won't save?

Thank you, I resolved the problem. Now I can't delete my post.

Someone in the Ebay community was genuinely helpful.

I simply recreated a template from the one item I'm selling.

I'm not having any trouble creating templates from the seller hub any more, it is working as it should. Thank you!
