Cannot Upload Photos

I've tried multiple computers and browsers to up load photos to listings.  Looking at past message boards, it is hard to believe ebay doesn't know about this.

Planned on starting 25+ auctions.  Will just put in a garage sale instead.

I also can't upload pics. Tried different computers & logged out & back in again, but just get the SWOD 

(Spinning wheel of death). Also, can't resize photos or calculate shipping. Wonder what's going on. Frustrating.
