Store Categories

When trying to Manage Active Listings, I click on 'All Categories' to see all of my Store Categories to pick a category that I want to list in. Instead of seeing ALL of my Store Categories, I am only seeing 11 of my categories. It has been like this since yesterday. Is this a known or unknown glitch?

Re: Store Categories

Others are reporting this. See this thread where I tagged eBay reps for assistance - hopefully they'll come back with a response before end of day. If not, we may have to wait until Monday for a reply.

In the meantime I encourage you to report the issue to customer service, or use the comments link on your active listings page to report the error that way.

Re: Store Categories

Can you copy and then edit a similar item from an active listing in the correct store categories?

Re: Store Categories

I've had to go into my active listings and find a similar item to be able to list a new item. Very time consuming because I have to scroll through NINE pages of active listings to find something similar or reasonably similar. ALL Store Categories should be in the Drop-Down! This is ridiculous. I can see NO reason to remove/hide Sellers' Store Categories, which I consider to be an essential tool.

Re: Store Categories

I also reported this today. As usual at 1st they thank me for my loyalty of 21 years (blah Blah) then act like they are clueless about any problems and what am I using phone laptop desktop ?  All same problem.  I then pointed out in Manage my Store I noticed all store categories that have subcategories were the only store categories affected. Then they said oh yeah there is a technical problem they are working on it. When I asked any time estimate they responded up to 2 wks. This took 3 reps to get to this. In other words YES there is a tech issue and when it will get fixed is when they figure it out or it won't get fixed at all lol. They did offer to refresh our store because sales had come to a complete halt. Crossing fingers it gets fixed but not holding my breath.

Re: Store Categories

I often use active listings as templates for drafting similar items, changing images and minor textual adjustments as needed.
