Store Categories are not showing up on my store

Store Categories are not showing up on my store for almost like last 15 days..Have escalated it to Ebay support team in USA And also to EBAY account management team but no use. Initially I was told by EBAY account management team that since I am checking from Indian IP so it is not visible however store of other players selling similar items are visible. All my items are available for sales in India.

Try running a virus and malware scan.  I see a huge line of categories.

Your listings show up in the US, but when I change my shipping address to India and look at your listings, the India to India shipping option is specified as "Standard International Shipping", which may be related to your problem.

I seem to recall seeing a similar problem discussed in this thread:

Unfortunately I don't think this problem has been fully addressed by eBay yet.

I am also facing the same problem from last two months and i also informed to my eBay account manager but he failed to explain it and could not provide any solution even he was not aware of it till i informed him. He told me that it will be fixed in few days but its still the same. Don't know what to do?
