Softlocked out of messages on desktop

If I click on anything that directs to messages I get a login prompt and then I'm greeted with attached screen. Pressing continue redirects to the same message/screen; it does not continue on to messages. I can access messages on the mobile app. This has been the case for a couple days now and I've logged out and back in and tried with various browsers with the same results.

Try a different link such as this link to messages from members:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m

Any difference if you use a private or incognito browser window? If so, try deleting cache and eBay cookies.

If you have eBay messages sent to your email address, you may be able to read and respond to them there.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

Different links and different private/incognito modes did not work but Ebay.ca did... having to login to a different site is less than ideal though. Do these things tend to get fixed?

Depends on what the problem actually is and how many users it affects.
