Sign in not accepting password on one of my devices

I've been trying to log in on my tablet and it keeps saying oops not a match when I enter my password. No, caps lock isn't on etc. The first time I got a strange error page then the regular ebay password reject screen. I was trying to make a draft using sell one like this option from an existing listing if that means anything. I was trying to do some listing from the tablet. I am on the desktop now to submit this issue on forum.

@jaxjoy

On your tablet, are you using the app, or a browser?

If you are using a browser, see if this old sign-in link works better:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

Thank you but I figured out the problem. They should design their page more concisely. I didn't see that further down the screen they were trying to get me to enter in a series of numbers for verification. They kept clearing my password field and saying oops not a match, failing to specify what precise data was missing.

Sorry, where? I'm only getting "! Oops, that's not a match" on my iPad. Thanks for any assistance. I've already changed my password on my PC without any issues.

@gwankada

The original poster indicated there was a Captcha or some type of number input field at the bottom of the page, off the screen. Can you scroll down and see anything?

I see OP was able to get in.  I ran into similar problem, whether completing captcha or not, still went in frustrating circles.  I was trying to access via browser, I do not want to download eBay app.  So url was probably m.ebay...etc. etc. Long story short, when I changed my browser to Desktop View, all worked perfectly.  smh.

No. I did read what jaxjoy said. What makes you think I didn’t scroll down?
