While attempting to view/manage items I have for sale in the "active" section of
"My eBay". A popup dialog appears, titled "My eBay is getting easier and simpler to use", and goes on to elaborate on changes that eBay is making to "My eBay".
Within this dialog. I'm given 2 options; 1) chick the "X" in the upper right-hand corner. Doing so causes the dialog to disappear for only 1 second. Where it reappears. Or 2) Click the "Ok, got it!" button in the lower left-hand corner. Clicking it has no affect (does nothing). As a result, I am no longer able to manage items I have for sale on eBay.
My eBay is getting NOT easier and simpler to use!
IMHO this was a poor design decision. Please eliminate this unnecessary
dialog. So myself, and others can continue to sell on eBay.
Thank you for all your time, and consideration.

I think the folks having problems with this are mostly using Chrome or Safari; if you can open up that page in Firefox, you might be able to dismiss the offending popup once and for all. Then you should be able to go back to using your original browser.
Some details and other workarounds can be found in this thread:

Sorry to hear that.
Any luck with opening that page in Firefox and dismissing the popup that way? Once dismissed, you should be able to go back to Safari or Chrome.
