Shipping label orientation wrong

I use 8.5" x 11" shipping labels, 2 per page that I can peel and stick when printed....all of a sudden today, instead of the labels printing sideways as they have always done, they now print vertically which means the adhesive labels I used are now useless....I did not change any settings on the computer or printer....just all of a sudden they started having wrong orientation...Can someone please help me fix this issue??? I am a senior and not computer literate...any instructions you can provide would be much appreciated....Thanks for any help

I have 2 Ebay accounts and one account prints the label sideways like it always has and the other has the problem described here.   This means it is NOT a browser problem or a local printer problem.  IT IS EBAYS PROBLEM, FIX IT !!!!

Others are reporting the problem is fixed for them, so you might want to call ebay, as it might be account related.

Shipping label MOBILE orientation is WRONG AGAIN!!!!  Please fix this Ebay stop programming incorrectly! Double check programming or updates before rolling them out to the APP!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING ever since MONDAY MORNING 8/16/2021.  You have to email the label in order to print it properly on double label pages!
